Personal Opinion:
Plus Points = the super solid frame that means it wont tip. The various options for seat and foot plate, including the one that is great for feet that wander! You can also push it if it runs out of battery!
Minus Points = the fact it is lightly unreliable, struggles off road and can’t go up kerbs. It is also uncomfortable to sit for long periods, so definitely not for everyone!
Would recommend if used for mostly road use
