Personal Opinion:
The SoftWheels I have are the first generation. I’ve had them for about 7 years with zero issues. They have performed as well as advertised and even beyond. I do BASE jumps and skydives with my wheelchair, and SoftWheel has stood up to all my landings. Everyday use has enormously reduced the bumps and vibrations felt in my back, especially on long days of pushing on less than perfectly smooth surfaces.
