Get to know me

My organisational skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail are strengths that are enhanced by having dyslexia. This allows me to extensively analyse market trends and customer needs when selecting wheelchairs for the AYL community. This, combined with my high energy, unwavering determination, and dedication to perfection, means I deeply care about every person we assist. Therefore, handovers might take time, but you can be confident that the outcome will be as effective as possible.

I primarily work behind the scenes, ensuring the AYL team is moving in the right direction and our community achieves the best possible outcomes. I don’t shy away from change – my passion for it comes from the personal challenges of being in an inter-abled relationship within an inaccessible world.

“No” is not a word in my vocabulary; I am an optimist. There’s always a solution, even if it involves compromises. This mindset is especially helpful when working with my partner and the AYL community, who mostly have unique needs.

I always have a toolkit ready and love problem-solving. So, if you’re reading this and feel like no one can help, please get in touch. Chances are, I already have the solution you need, and if not, I am always prepared for my next deep dive into solving problems.
