Get to know me
You might know me as @alittlepoorlylauren on social media! I am a Disability Activist and Content Creator based in Brighton. Shortly after becoming disabled, I quickly realised there is no ‘guide to life’, so I decided to share my experiences on social media. I post everything from equipment reviews, having Carers in your twenties, and Life with Lena, my beautiful black Labrador trained by Medical Detection Dogs. I also love creating accessible and inclusive guides through A Little Poorly to help people navigate the world and access the support they need. Lastly, I’m proud to have been volunteering with AYL for over five years and to be the founder of their Grant Assistance Scheme.
