Personal Opinion:
The chair claims to be lightweight and shows the guy holding it one handed on his shoulder – this isn’t true. My dad is a fencer and he can’t even do this. The wheelchair that arrived isn’t the same as what is listed, it doesn’t have the orange parts and it isn’t the same model – I asked the company and they said that it’s just a different name from their manufacture but it is the same chair. They said I could return it but I would lose out almost £300. The company said they reserve the right to change products at any time. The item arrived damaged with a large chunk missing by the foot rest, but they refunded me £150 because of it. In hindsight, I should have sent it back but at the time I was panicking and it was the day before everything shut down for Christmas so I was terrified it wouldn’t be within their return window. I feel let down by this company and I am now stuck with a powerchair that isn’t suitable, and a £1,000+ payment plan to pay off.
The listing itself showed that my chair would be a different colour to what I got – the company simply said oh it’s because we don’t have that in stock anymore sorry for the over sight. Everything they said implied it was just because of manufacturer differences and even now I’m not 100% sure that what I got is right. The box that arrived said Camel Hope, the manual was the Easy Chair SD and what I ordered was the IM4 Elite. I feel foolish for not trying to return it but I got scared and I feel like these companies bank on that.
