Lauren and Felix set up Access Your Life based on their own experiences, inequality and lack of knowledge, having suddenly been thrown into a world of disability at a young age. They understand and are caring and compassionate, having now helped many others not only with bespoke equipment but also with securing funding. Aside from the service they provide, they are both a listening ear for people who need someone to talk to, by truly empathising and providing a support network. Lauren’s assistance dog, Fliss, is known and loved by everyone and is an essential part of their team.
