Amazing item which has provided me with independence and helps to alleviate and prevent symptoms.
As someone with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I often need to use a chair to alleviate symptoms but quickly learned that unfortunately that meant causing symptoms in other areas (shoulder pain and dislocations while self propelling).
The smoov allows me to be out in my chair and navigate the cobble and pot holes in my local area, even if I have my dog Millie with me. I can choose the speed, it is easily adjustable and safe to stop.
It weighs 10kg and I have found it easy enough to get out of my car boot and clip on, same for removing.
I have not tried to use this on grass etc given the winter weather but imagine it would be okay on dry grass and has helped me when slipping in the winter.
I don’t know how I managed without.
