SmartDrive power pack that mounts on the back of a manual wheelchair. The power assist function provides my son with much-needed independence without using a fully powered chair.

This is an amazing piece of kit. My son needed some help to get up hills in his manual wheelchair, and this has given him back his independence. He had a couple of mishaps over huge kerbs, but this is partly because where we live is a new build estate, so not all paths are great. The only negative is that the watch tracker is not always reliable. But it’s lightweight and easy to clip on and off the chair.
