Personal Opinion:
I bought this chair for indoor use, and it’s ideal for small floor plans because of its small turning circle.

However, I also need to access areas of my garden that have small “steps”, and this chair cannot manage as it is very close to the ground. It would be fine in a shopping centre, although the ability to carry shopping would be limited. This could be outweighed if you have a companion, as it is easy to dismantle into 3 pieces to fit into a car boot. There is also a small tray just behind your legs, which is useful if you can reach it.

This chair has not worked for me, sadly, but I can see how it would be useful to use if transporting in an average saloon car to a shopping centre where it could provide the necessary freedom. This is just my personal opinion based on my own circumstances.
