Personal Opinion:
I used to have a Handicare Beatle. This chair has been much better and very adaptable. Wheelchair services have been able to tweak sizes and aspects for me without too much trouble.

It can be difficult on higher kerbs, but it is fairly stable and doesn’t tilt much. It turns within its own space. It tilts and reclines. So far, I have not found any drawbacks.
