The SmartDrive MX2+ is the latest and improved version of previous models. It includes a watch to control the device and adjust your speed, but it can also be connected to an app to modify your maximum speed, acceleration, and tap sensitivity.
To reach your preferred speed, simply double-tap to start and tap again (this makes hill starts very easy). However, if you want to go slower, you have to stop and restart (which can be inconvenient on an incline).
To remove the SmartDrive, simply lift it by the handle, and once it is horizontal, lift it off the bracket. To install, keep the Smartdrive horizontal, position it on the bracket, then lower it to the floor.
I can’t push myself very far, but with this attachment, I can go anywhere! When I combine the Smartdrive with my RGK Frontwheel, it can be used on any terrain! I like this device because it’s easy to install and gives me the freedom to go places independently. But it is also quite temperamental – the watch frequently disconnects, and the app initially had some compatibility issues.
