Shortly after becoming disabled, I quickly realised there is no ‘guide to life’, so I decided to share my experiences on social media. I post everything from equipment reviews, having Carers in your twenties, and Life with Lena, my beautiful black Labrador trained by Medical Detection Dogs. I also love creating accessible and inclusive guides through A Little Poorly to help people navigate the world and access the support they need.
