Personal Opinion:
These forearm crutches are very good for those who struggle with their wrists and hands. I used to use standard crutches, both hand and underarm, but due to them causing more pain and joint problems, I had to use a wheelchair instead. Then I underwent spinal surgery and needed a form of crutches in order to learn how to walk again, so these were really helpful for me.

Using forearm crutches takes practice to get used to the design if you have a non weight bearing limb, especially if you have poor balance as the pressure is through your forearms as opposed to your hands or underarms. But it’s nothing that you can’t get used to and there are no problems when it comes to normal use.
