Personal Opinion:
These are so useful if you have upper limb problems, or as in my case hypermobility. It means that I can have my weight supported through a bent arm rather than straight, which caused me pain and discomfort.
They are quite bulky and heavy compared to other crutches, which would be my only criticism. Both the benefits outweigh this!
