Personal Opinion:
This is my first tennis wheelchair. I’ve been playing for just over a year and am still very much a beginner! Although this isn’t a particularly light or agile sports chair (it is the cheapest one that RGK makes), because it actually fits me, it is brilliant compared to the chair I’d been borrowing before. It’s light enough that I can manage to lift it in and out of my car without too much difficulty.

I would have liked if it had a folding tension adjustable backrest, and the sports ratchet strap had been fitted correctly (it was cable-tied on instead of bolted to the frame). A backrest bar would also have been useful, as trying to push the chair into the sports club is pretty darn tricky without one! The anti-tip wheel is removable, but to honest it’s incredibly awkward (almost impossible for one person) so I don’t bother!

It’s a great first chair for playing sports though, especially if (like me) you are just starting out and know you have no hope of playing professionally but enjoy being able to take part!
