Personal Opinion:
I find these clips really helpful when it comes to turning keys, as I can now turn the key with just my knuckle.
The only downside is that they only work on flat keys. Also, if the sticky gel inside gets dirty or wet you need to wash and dry the clip, otherwise it will slide off the key.
