A small wheel that attaches to your footplate and lifts the front castors off the ground to help my manual wheelchair go over most terrains.

Personal Opinion:
The freewheel is a very good wheelchair attachment to have, as it helps to roll through nature, access otherwise inaccessible places, and go over rough terrain. It also makes such adventures much more comfortable! It was tricky to set up initially, so would advise getting help if you struggle with lifting things or following instructions. We even needed a saw to cut one of the parts to size, but I think that was due to the compatibility with my wheelchair frame. Either way, it definitely gets easier to attach and remove the more you use it!
