Personal Opinion:
This chair has allowed me to increase my mobility, fitness and cardio. The sturdy frame and full armrests definitely help with that.
Although I find it slightly restricting at times as the posture/position of the chair can be uncomfortable due to the nature of my condition, but overall I would recommend.
