Personal Opinion:
The wheelchair has a half-folding backrest to reduce its size for transport and storage, along with quick-release rear wheels. The footrests can be easily folded out of the way and the chair has puncture-proof tyres to protect you from uncomfortable bumps every time you travel.

Although the non-tip wheels did not fit upon delivery and the chair is quite low down. Compared to most folding chairs that are this price it is robust/strong, really comfortable, easy to move, take apart and transport.
