Personal Opinion:
I’ve had my chair for over 2 years now, but it still works perfectly and hasn’t needed any repairs so far. It is quite battered, but that is because I use it so much around the house.
Although I removed the armrests, I find it easier to get in and out of the chair without them. I also removed the basket and footplate, as they kept getting dirty and I didn’t like it. Plus the footplate was causing me to trap my leg as it sticks out somewhat.
I don’t recommend this chair for full-time users as it doesn’t have a super comfy seat, so it can start to become painful. Also, I would not recommend it for outdoor use, as it doesn’t cope well. But this chair is great if you are looking for a small power chair to use indoors.
It is ideal for people living in a house that isn’t classed as accessible, as it has a small turning circle and a narrow frame. It does come with an attachment at the back, which means you could attach a holder for your crutch or possibly oxygen. It also has an option of a larger seat for those who need it.
