Personal Opinion:
The SoftWheels I have are the first generation and I’ve been using them for about 7yrs with zero issues. They have certainly performed as well as advertised and even beyond.

I do BASE jumps and skydives with my wheelchair and these wheels have withstood all my landings. It also reduces the bumps and vibrations during everyday use, especially on long days when pushing on less than perfect surfaces as I feel it in my back enormously.
