Personal Opinion:
This wheelchair is very light and using it is a joy! The sturdy design mentioned above allows me to train 3-5 miles, 4-5 times a week. I had it professionally set up to my weight and build, but have adjusted the angle of the rear wheels so that I can travel faster when training.

Overall, it’s a great sports wheelchair and I am very happy with it, but if I were to change anything I would opt for better front castors.
